Most of this info is usually at the bottom of every uploaded sheet and included in the .PNG notes, but I figured I should make a nice list in a journal, too. Please, please respect these rules. A FAQ is also available under the Journal tab on the right side- feel free to ask us some questions<3 Feel free to name your adopts whatever you'd like! You will only receive an unwatermarked, transparent .PNG of your adopt once purchased/completed if you specifically ask. Consider linking us to your drawings or even writings of your new adoptables! We'd love to see them! Pallet, custom, or mystery adopts may be returned if you're not satisfied with it. Depending on initial price, we may refund half of the points. Premade adoptables are non-refunable nor can you trade them for something else within our gallery. This includes when you get a capsule. You can only return those to us for free or keep them to trade/give away. Progress will not begin until payment is received; if no payment is sent within 24 hours of confirmation, the adopt will be reopened for public purchase unless you are a trusted buyer and can give a head's up. Please save the Sta.sh .PNG you receive to your computer to have a copy of the original adopt; we clear out our Sta.sh periodically. We will check your gallery and profile page to see if you actually use adopted designs or to see how reliable you are. We do not want people to buy an adopt just for the sake of having it. We will also check to see how long you have been on the site and if there are even deviations uploaded. We will only sell to those who have been deviants for at least 3 months and with a good amount of uploaded art. If it's a newly made adoptable/character account, you can link to main account (proof may be need such as something on the main account saying what your alt accounts are). Please do not completely redesign your adopt; slight changes to clothes and even changing gender are okay. Please only buy our adopts if you're going to use them. Do not claim to be the creator of your adopts. Do not resell your adopts, but in most cases, gifting them or trading them are okay. We could actually really prefer if you did not reupload the original art of the adopt into your own gallery. Putting it on a reference sheet alongside your new drawing of the adopt is okay so long as you be sure not to claim you drew the original adopt.You can comment with questions or concerns here! |
